She was down to earth and we vibed on similar values, approaches and even music tastes! Suzy took her time with our questions, experiential practice and the whole learning journey of positive birthing/hyponobirthing. She has been more than available in the lead up to, and after our sessions for any questions, support and guidance. We went away well equipped, informed and at ease as we approach our little one’s born day.

My partner and I did a private class with Abiah and I just couldn’t imagine doing hypnobirthing with anyone else in any other setting! She was accomodating and supportive from our first contact via email with booking our session in and checking if there was anything I needed specifically as I have been suffering with HG.
I walked out of the first half of our session feeling like I had all of the skills to be able to have a positive birth. By the end of the day, I KNEW I was going to be able to have a positive birth. Abiah made me and my partner feel so empowered and helped him to understand and shape his role in our birth. This was really important for us a couple! Abiah was able to help give us all the information in a judgement free manner and helped us to consider all of our options.
I couldn’t recommend Abiah enough and will rave about our experience with her and doing hypnobirthing.

My partner and I recently did a Hypnobirthing session with Abiah and are so glad we did. Initially she worked with our EDD and was super flexible when scheduling the session, then from the moment we met her she made us feel so relaxed and supported. My husband and I booked a hypnobirthing course with Abiah last weekend and were blown away with her calm manner, knowledge base and personal touch. She answered all our questions and gave us so much information to ease us towards having a peaceful birth. We’re so grateful we attended Abiah’s Hypnobirthing class! As a nurse, I really appreciated how informative the content was and her first hand experience as a midwife, it spoke to me on a professional level. My partner and I had a two day session with Jazmyn and are so pleased we did. As first time parents-to-be, we felt really swamped with lots of competing information and were carrying a lot of fear and worry about birth when I was around 30 weeks pregnant. Following our time with Jaz and learning about hypnobirthing, we now feel we have a toolkit of strategies and are heading into birth and parenthood with so much more confidence.

It has been so helpful having access to the tracks Jazmyn introduced to us, to then be able to practice in my own time as I still feel like I’m being guided towards a positive birth, even when the class has finished.
